Refund policy

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

1. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order.

2. To cancel, simply email us at @streesecrets.com with your order number.

3. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Because we deal in intimate wear, we maintain the highest hygiene standards.

1. Returns are only accepted for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

2. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. In case of wrong, defective, or damaged product delivery, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Panties

- Lingerie Sets

- Shapewear

- Bodysuits

Unless they are defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

2. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (we will request your account details for a secure transfer).
